What happens when I arrive for my appointment?
When you walk in, our receptionist will greet you and check you in. You can relax in our cozy waiting area, where you’ll find soft music, herbal teas, and light snacks. Your therapist will come get you right at your scheduled time—no long waits.
How long is a typical session?
Most sessions last about 50 minutes, giving you plenty of time to share and reflect. First visits include a few extra minutes for paperwork and to discuss your goals so we can tailor a plan that fits your needs.
What should I bring or prepare?
Just yourself and any questions or concerns you’d like to explore. If you’re a new client, you can fill out the intake forms online beforehand or arrive 10–15 minutes early to complete them here. Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and relaxed.
